Yes but plenty of people got the files from the File Dump anyway. They are very likely to be circulating around ROBLOX.
There are more than one, thus asking.

I should say that I had a talk with Are92 and the site he hosted the files on has a timer for hosting files so the file dump has been deleted.

Oh C'mon Please I just need the second one! I can't find it anywhere. I got the first one from my old Vista computer. But I didn't get the file dump 2 cause when I tried to download it on my old computer it was a error so I didn't download. So please someone who has reupload and tell me the link or upload it here.
